OVERVIEW:

Our Sales Agents represent our company with the highest ethical and moral standards. They have completed the most comprehensive training in the world and receive support directly from either our company. We are associated with an International business brokering firm where we assist business owners to sell his or her business in a confidential manner to qualified buyers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our primary marketing mode is an educational direct mail / drop off campaign educates our leads. Cold Calling by phone is NOT REQUIRED. We will design a leads distribution system within your market should we hire more than one Sales & Marketing Manager in said market.

1. Follow up with the leads and schedule a meeting with owner

2. Meet the owner and present our services & fees

3. Follow the processes designed for each service

4. Secure offers and sales

5. Manage due diligence and contingencies to closing

You will have an online landing page to educate them further but they must contact you to move forward.

COMPENSATION:

There are three ways that you can get compensated...

1. $200 for every Business Market Valuation that you secure

2. 50/'50 splits on all commissions that you generate

3. Overrides and bonuses for success
